About the illustrator
Hi, I'm Natalie.
I'm a children's book illustrator based in Houston, Texas, creating expressive characters, imaginative worlds and heartfelt artwork for young readers.
I've worked on many illustration projects and collaborated with clients and creative partners on children's stories, characters, educational content, covers and other visual projects. I enjoy finding the visual personality that makes each story feel like its own little world.
My work explores whimsical hand-drawn artwork, soft painterly scenes, colorful cartoon characters, 3D-inspired illustration, clean educational art and faith-based children's storytelling. I adapt the style to the project while keeping the characters expressive and the storytelling clear.
